5 STEPS TO MOVE IN ​

1.) View the home

Look for our available Rent To Own Homes. Click for a specific home or property and view the video walkthrough. Follow the link at the top of the home picture. The links that says “Schedule Now”, click it and follow the steps. You can request a time viewing and date.

2.) Fill out the application

If you are interested after viewing the home our agent can send you the application form, or you can visit our website www.homebuyersinventory.com and click on the contact us button and write to us, letting us know you need an application. .

3.) Review Documents

Once you receive the application, there are necessary documents that need to be submitted in order to qualify for our Rent To Own Homes.This is the application, pay stubs, bank statements, and letter of self employment income if applicable. Review the application, fill it out, gather the necessary paperwork stated on the paperwork checklist , send back to us via fax or email. You will find both ways to contact us on the application. You may also contact our local agent who showed you the home. Make sure to contact us and let us know you are sending paperwork, we will arrange for you to meet our local agent for additional items needed, before we can run your application.

4.) Sign With Attorney

Once approved, you receive a copy of the paperwork that you will sign at the attorneys office. This is your rental agreement, your lease option agreement and a few other addendums. You will review these documents before going to the attorneys so when you do sign, you understand what you are signing. In this step we discuss fully both the Owner and the Buyer’s rights and responsibilities in taking care of the property. You receive these documents and your next step instructions, via email. So make sure we have the best email. We are on our fourth step, Signing with the Attorney.

5.) Receive Keys To Your New Home

After the process is done: viewing the home, filling out the application, reviewing necessary documents and signing with the attorney, we are on to the last step, we are very happy to give you the keys to your new home.
