Who we are
I am Roberta Eastman. I wanted to reach out and connect to ensure that we can help you and others who want to own their own home.
What we do
Home Buyers Inventory helps home buyers who due to credit issues, lack of longevity in a location or self employment, canβt go to the bank for a mortgage. What we are doing here; Helping people realize there is a solution for them to own a home, even if they have a bad credit, self employed or have relocated.
π What we are doing here? Helping people discover that there are solutions to owning a home, even with bad credit, being self-employed, or relocating. ππ‘ It’s all about finding the right path to make those homeownership dreams come true!Β
π Why do we do this? There was a time when we couldn’t get a mortgage from the bank due to our credit. We’ve been there, done that! π‘π We’ve found a way, and so can you! Let’s make homeownership happen, no matter the challenge!Β
That’s why we’re here to help people with bad credit, those who are self-employed, and even those who’ve recently relocated and can’t get a mortgage from a bank just yet. π‘β¨ We believe everyone deserves a chance at homeownership, no matter their situation!
Who We Can’t Help: Β If someone has zero for a down payment and isn’t willing to work towards saving up, and wants a mortgage payment of $350 a month, we would encourage them to reconsider buying a house. Monthly mortgage payments are typically similar to what you’d pay in rent in the area. ππ‘ It’s all about finding a balance that works for your financial situation!Β
Who We Can Help: Β We love helping people who want to own a home instead of renting forever! π‘β¨ We’re here for those ready to invest in their future, putting some “skin in the game” to work towards owning their dream home. The best part? The money you put in goes towards your down payment when you take ownership of the house. It’s a win-win! π
I hope this helps everyone who wants to take that exciting step toward getting into your own home. ππ‘ Let’s make those dreams come true! π
