3.) Send in Your Documents
Once you receive the application, you’ll need to submit some documents to qualify for our Rent-to-Own Homes. This includes the application form, pay stubs, bank statements, and a letter of self-employment income if applicable.
Here’s what to do:
- Review and fill out the application.
- Gather the necessary paperwork listed on the checklist.
- Send everything back to us via fax or email (contact details are on the application).

4.) Sign With the Attorney
